Waving Teddy Bear

Hudson the Amigurumi Bear Cuddler

Like Muriel and Daisy the cow cuddlers, and Iris the Unicorn, Hudson the Amigurumi Bear Cuddler is taking cute and functional to the next level. He’s a different kind of teddy bear but is sure to be comforting, he is weighted, and you can warm his rice bag up for the perfect snuggle buddy. The best part? He doesn’t steal your blankets in the night!

Hudson the Amigurumi Bear Cuddler is the third in this series. His name comes from the. Hudson River, which runs alongside Bear Mountain in the beautiful Hudson Valley, NY. I have so many wonderful memories hiking and exploring there. Luckily, the only bears I’ve encountered there were in the zoo.

This is the last cuddler for a little while, I’ve loved working on this series but I have other exciting things to share with you. If you’ve been imagining different animals to snuggle with let me know! When I come back to these you may just see your favorite one on my hook and getting ready to jump into your arms, warm and cozy.

If you’d like to read more about how he came to be see the first pattern in this series!

He is available on Ravelry and Etsy for $5.00. $1.50 from each pattern sold will be donated to Unshattered, as inspired by Noble Farm No Bull’s highland cow Muriel.
